half of cup of red or green lentils
half onion
garlic
1 carrots
1 small potato
1 vegetable bouillon
some corn
put water to cover all ingredients
cook for 15 - 20 minutes for red lentils
cook for 20 - 30 minutes for green lentils
then add diced 1 tomato
add salt, tamari or soya to your liking
