- 1/2 cup Crimini Mushrooms
- a few stalks of Lacinato Kale
- handful of Walnuts
- Rice Noodles
- Olive Oil
Saute sliced Crimini Mushrooms in Olive Oil for 5 minutes. Wash and slice kale, add to pan. Put lid on and steam together for a 3-5 minutes. Toss in walnuts for a couple of minutes. Serve over rice noodles that have been prepared seperately.
