In a pan add..

Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups of water, it should cover the ingredients
Cook the stew for around 15 minutes
When finished cooking then add...

- 1 tsp of oil mixed with 1 tsp of Curry and then put it in the stew (alternatively use Curry paste)0.0238.24.30000

- Serve with with 1 cup of cous cous, cooked seperately125011340220

- Add salt and herbs of your liking
- Make sure that the lentils have a soft or mush consistency
